You may see different sites that claim that you can gain 1 to 2 cup sizes using this method but there is absolutely not clinical proof. All of the claims are just that - claims. Whenever you come across a site that sells a dvd, cd or mp3 that is supposed to help you visualize your breasts growing you will notice there is no money back guarantee and this should be a red flag.

If you are serious about breast increase I suggest that you look into methods that have been clinically proven and that will allow you to get the results that you really want. You do not want to use something that is chemically formulated either or you may experience side effects.

Herbal remedies are proven to be quite effective.
